Klas Landahl is a teacher of the spiritual art of Kundalini Yoga and meditation.

He is a musician and Teacher Trainer, working at Stockholm Kundaliniyoga Center.

Over the years he has studied Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, mantra chanting and Advaita vedanta with many different teachers, which has given him a stable yogic foundation and a deep understanding of the techniques and lifestyle of yoga.

Kundalini yoga is also known as "The Yoga of Awareness" and aims to deepen our presence, change how we perceive ourselves and the world, to see the flow of divine wisdom, creativity and wholeness in every moment.

Klas teaches with devotion, experience, depth, heartfulness and enthusiasm.
