It all started as she was 5 years old, she got her first meditation mantra and started to practice yoga. Her inspiration has she been taken from her mother's passionate work as a psychologist with patient and with meditation and yoga.
Later Josephine developed her own passion of teaching and givning yoga to couples and mother and daughters in different workshops and in private classes, In the class you get the opportunity to land, give other presence, nourishment and boost your relationship
