Silent Meditation

I am offering a daily morning silent meditation space lasting for 60 minutes. This will be preceded by 5 minutes of instruction on how to surrender into the sweet still silence of your own joyful being.

Jon has journeyed into the freedom and fulness of his being since 1983 when he began the practice of yoga at the age of 24. Since then he has taught yoga and meditation (from 1991), practised and supervised as a psychotherapist (from 1997) and a life coach (from 2015).
He has thirty five years of experience in a wide variety of meditational practices including mantra, Buddhist Shamathe and Vipassana, and Tantric Visualisation.
He is currently a member of John Hawken's Paths of Transformation Teaching Faculty and runs workshops on tantra and other personal growth modalities in the UK and worldwide.
