ASHTANGA YOGA is an ancient system of Yoga taught by Vamana Rishi in the Yoga Korunta. This text was imparted to Sri T. Krishnamacharya in the early 1900’s by his Guru Rama Mohan Brahmachari, passed down to Yogacharaya Shri K. Pattabhi Jois (Guruji).

Alexandra has studied and practiced traditional Ashtanga Yoga for Yoga teacher Josef Abadi, student of Yogacharaya Shri K. Pattabhi Jois (Guruji) since 2000.
Later on for Parama Guru R.Sharath Jois and Guru R.Saraswathi Jois at Shri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.
Furthermore, for Authorized Level 2 teacher Vairagya Ranko and Authorized teacher and internationally recognized author Petri Räisänen. Alexandra has parallelly studied & practiced Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Power Yoga and Meditation for Buddhist monk Casimir Amon since 2000.
