Modules, themes, tools and training

The ÄLI training has three main parts. These are leadership, team-building and practical manifestation of the summer festivals. We will deepen our knowledge within different themes such as… leading groups, communication, leadership theory and enabling our strengths, gifts and talents. There will also be exploration and learning about your practical role and function in the daily work.

Within leadership, we will look closely at personal leadership and communication. We will go through experiences, models and tools around team-building and reflect on the phases and possibilities of group process. The training will bring you different settings in which you can explore what it is for you to be a leader. We will use tools such as leadership principles, non-violent communication, teambuilding, sharing, ceremonies, play, nature, learning goals and reflection tools.

Welcome to Ängsbacka Leadership Intensive.

Albert Rösch

Some 20 years ago the desire to know “what supports deep self insight, authentic connection to others and a sense of trust and joy in life” started Albert’s journey. This is in a way how he looks at life – what are the ‘rules of the game’ that support a greater self insight, a more authentic connection to others and an increased sense of trust, joy and flow in life?

Originally from Kazakhstan, Albert has lived in Germany prior to moving to Sweden in 2004. He works and lives with his partner Elisabet and their little son in the Northern part of Sweden, Åre.

Albert has been offering mindfulness based coaching to clients in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, the UK and South Africa in recent years. He has also been co-teaching the Zen Coaching trainings in Sweden and Denmark. Previously he worked with leadership development and green energy in Sweden as well as child trauma in Germany. He is a certified Zen Coach (Sweden) and holds a master degree in International Economics from Lund School of Economics (Sweden). At Ängsbacka he has been working as Volunteer Coordinator during 10 festivals.

Tine Vindelöv

One of Tine’s core interests is to understand what it means to relate to ourselves and to each other in ways that support deepening of belonging, freedom, authenticity and aliveness.
She has been working with clients and participants on her workshops to support deeper contact to their inner resources and sense of self connection for over 30 years.
Tine integrates theoretical knowledge of both coaching, Body oriented psychotherapy and communication skills, in to her practice. She has many years of exploring the interconnection between mind, feeling and body and has develop her own unique way of facilitating a process of awareness about this interconnection with her clients and students.
Besides the last 10 years of intensive engagement in Zen Coaching – As a Coach Supervisor co-creator – Leading the Danish and Polish Zen Coaching training and assisting the Swedish training, she has 26 years of professional experience as a Body oriented psychotherapist and holds bachelor degree in Relaxation and Psychomotor Therapy.
The work with individual clients is characterized by an integrated sensitivity and respect for the persons she works with.

As a facilitator she has a natural flair for connecting theory and experiential realization, in a way that gives her participants a deep personal integration and ownership to the teaching she presents.
Her inspiration comes from mindfulness based Zen Coaching developed by Kåre Landfald, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Compassionate Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, Trauma Healing by Peter Levine, The Work by Byron Katie, and the knowledge about essence and inquiry from AH Almaas, Communication by Carl Rogers, Appreciative inquiry and her father Stig Vindeløv, who was passionately interested in philosophy, Taoism and the benefit of being present in the moment.
Privately she is a Mother to 19 year old son Mikkel, she loves to draw, cook and grow flowers.
