In these days we create the space we want to share with everyone that comes here to celebrate the warmth and closeness of an event that really opens your heart. With help from the elements of rythm, dance, meditation and togetherness we give and recieve in the spirit of christmas time.

This camp and festival includes the great and vitalizing festivities of the New Year celebration; one that will invite you to see and experience yourself from diffrent perspectives. The past, the present, the future and all the possibilites they cradle will be given the right of existance and be acknow-ledged during these days. This period also includes supporting the Winter Flow-group in their hosting of the first course of the year; zen coaching – part I – ‘relaxing into being’ with kåre landfald.

Celebrate the last days of 2011 by experiencing the inner and outer work in togetherness here at Ängsbacka! We will make preparations for the new year festival and together with the participants enjoy the letting go of the past – finding our new possibilities – and together take a leap into the new era!

Spend three weeks volunteering for Ängsbacka and experience the playfulness, depth, ceremonies, party and joy of working together in creating an extraordinary ending of this year of 2011. Together we make room for selfreflection and open up for the possibilities of the new year.
All festival camps inspire to create a space where we can connect the outer intensity and the inner quietude, clarity, presence and love beyond thoughts, feelings and mental constructions. In this space, we can experience the sensation of the reality and experience all our feelings – instead of being limited by our stories of the past and the future. All seeking can come to an end in the absolute fulfillment of the Now.
During the camp weeks we have a mixture of camp workshops morning, day and evening. This will include grounding activities like meditation, dance and sacred ceremonies. Juicy tantric teachings from the powerful & deeply experienced Matt Sinbad from Germany and rising superstars Roald & Ronja. The icing on the cake will of course be all the awesome Christmas shenanigans that becomes oh so much more joyful when shared with friendly company where you can be yourself.
