Eric Archer Dahlberg

Eric Archer Dahlberg is a senior Jamtse Yin Yoga Teacher who has been co-teaching Jamtse Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings with Biff Mithoefer for 10 years. Eric brings experience teaching Yin Yoga in a myriad of settings, cultivating a deep sensitivity to the practice, anatomy, philosophy, and spirit of the Yin archetype. He has helped bring deep listening, Taoist inspirations, and storytelling to the foundational practices of Yin Yoga. Eric has been faculty at the Omega Institute in New York for 10 years teaching Yin Yoga, meditation, poetry, and contemplative and expressive arts. Eric has developed mindfulness programs for the Millbrook School and the Finger Lakes School of Massage. He is a multi-instrumentalist musician and poet who has toured internationally and collaborated with Prema Mayi, the Gipsy Kings, and is a tabla and bansuri student of Sri Suryaksha Desphande and Steve Gorn.
